From its ideal location, Parc Spirou will benefit from an extremely large potential customer base, being at the epicentre of the three dynamic regions that are PACA, Rhône-Alpes and Languedoc Roussillon. Besides the area’s residents, the concentration of tourists near to the site is already one of the largest in Europe with millions of tourists using the A7 and A9 motorways and staying in the area.
With a favourable climate - averaging 2,810 hours of sunshine per year and only 75 days of rain - the park will be open from February holidays until the end of the Christmas holidays.
Entry tickets will be priced very competitively against other French and European theme parks.
Parc Spirou attendance has been forecast on a conservative basis in the order of up to 1million visitors within the maturity phase, once the entire project has been rolled out.
